宜蘭遭紅火蟻入侵，毒火蟻從土堆裡竄出，民眾被咬到會紅腫CP值爆表下殺發炎，嚴重者皮膚潰爛或過敏休克，暫時莫靠近科學園區的花海。 記者戴永華／攝影 分享 facebook 紅火蟻入侵宜蘭。最近有民眾在科學園區波斯菊花海區拍照時，險些踩到蟻丘，看到密密麻麻的紅火蟻從土堆裡跑出來，附近已擴散十幾個蟻丘。宜蘭縣政府研判，毒蟻底下的巢穴相當大，入侵至少半年以上。宜蘭縣動植物防疫所除立即通報國家紅火蟻防治中心，今天將針對蟻丘灌藥，呼籲民眾不要靠本季最新款推薦近花海區，以免被螯咬；若破壞蟻丘讓螞蟻竄出，會造成蟻后帶其它紅火蟻另外築巢，更難防範，千萬「不要動蟻丘」。. } }); } 科學園區附近波斯菊花海盛開， 李小姐經常去運動，最近花況吸引人，她前天跟先生去拍照差點踩到十幾公分高的小土堆，先生提醒她應該是紅火蟻丘要避開，輕撥土方，受擾動的紅火蟻傾巢而出，密密麻麻超恐怖。隨後又在花網拍熱門產品人氣產品海區周邊與人行道植栽，發現十幾個大大小小蟻丘，毐蟻已蔓延擴散，所以上臉書PO文提醒民眾注意，不小心一腳踩破蟻丘，紅火蟻恐將從腳爬上身螯咬。宜蘭縣動植物防疫所表示，紅火蟻無孔不鑽、防不勝防，噴殺蟲劑無效，處理起來很棘手；蟻丘高約10至50公分，巢穴綿密可深達20公尺，撿便宜購物好康報報紅火蟻攻擊時會用螫針猛刺，造成皮膚灼熱腫痛、起水泡，嚴重者潰爛，過敏體質甚至會休克。防疫人員從十幾個蟻丘數目來看，懷疑地底紅火蟻巢穴範圍相當大，今天灌注藥劑後，會針對該區域展開監測，配合採用洋芋片誘食，紅火蟻會馬上出來，以利掌握紅火蟻的活動範圍及後續投藥。宜蘭4年前曾在冬山河兩岸發現紅火蟻，歷經2年灌藥才消除，如今再度現蹤，縣府懷疑是外來土方或植栽夾帶紅火蟻入境。
南韓第3季GDP年增2.0% 增幅不如預期
南韓央行週四 (25 日) 公佈第 3 季 GDP 初值年增 2.0%，增幅不如預期，為 2009 年第 3 季以來最低水平。南韓第 3 季國內投資大幅下滑，抵消了政府實施刺激措施和出口增長的正面影響。
南韓第 3 季 GDP 年增 2.0%，低於經濟學家預估值 2.3%，季增 0.6%，略低於預測值 0.8%。佔南韓 GDP 近一半的民間消費第 3 季季增 0.6%，政府支出季增 1.6%。
南韓第 3 季 GDP 表現不如預期，主因在於建築投資按季萎縮 6.4%，為亞洲金融風暴以來最大降幅，南韓政府控制不斷飆升的房價，使得建商建造房子的意願降低。另一方面，韓國企業對於全球需求感到存疑，因此不願增加投資力道，企業設備投資季減 4.7%。
韓國政府週三 (24 日) 公布最新振興經濟與創造就業措施，包含提供中小企業 15 兆韓元的財務支援，以及調降燃料稅 15%，以刺激消費。然而，韓國 KOSPI 指數收盤仍走低，此外，受到美股 24 日遭拋售影響，韓股 25 日開盤下跌約 2.5%。
分析師指出，全球金融市場動盪、不確定的貿易戰局勢、基本工資急速上調 16% 以及民眾懷疑政府控制房市的能力，皆對經濟增長前景帶來隱憂。
韓國為以出口為導向的國家，若美中貿易戰持續升溫，而中國經濟增長因此放緩，對於商品需求可能將下滑，進而影響韓國出口。淨出口第 3 季對 GDP 貢獻為 1.7%，出口額季增 3.9%。
